Dr Hynes ordered this Homecare company for my post op care. There was a mixup at first and another Homecare company jumped in ahead. Their care was terrible. Nobody showed up except once. My dressing went a week without care. I’m a Homecare nurse myself and if I was allowed to twist and bend over, I’d do my own care but I had extensive back surgery and I’m not allowed to bend,twist or lift. TeHc showed up the very next day after my surgeon heard what happened. Brenna is my nurse and she’s wonderful. Professional from the git go. Now, I’m in good hands. All is good.
