I'm physically disabled and use a electric wheelchair. It's been more than 6 months that they haven't sent me a caregiver that I desperately need. I'm sure there's a caregiver shortage and Tlay isn't paying these caregivers enough. Whoever wants their love ones to receive care from Tlay I suggested everyone to find a stable home health agency because Tlay don't care about my wellbeing including my family.

The therapists that came in the home to work with my mom, after my mother had taken a fall, were fantastic. Will PTA and Anna COTA were skillful, knowledgeable, personable and professional. They helped my mom increase in her stability, strength, stamina and safety. Thank you, T Lay for all you've done for us.

I was a patient of TLay Healthcare Services recently and everyone there was absolutely amazing! They were amazing at handling my needs and always able to reach! I am grateful that I chose TLay as my home heathcare!

Our first nurse knew nothing about patient's condition and didn't even have gloves or supplies. Then after she was fired, she came back for a "discharge" appointment three weeks later that lasted 5 minutes wherein the patient wasn't available and still wanted to bill for a 45 minute visit. Total scam on our insurance which we will contest.

We initially began with TLay on 11/12/18. My brother went in the hospital on 12/7 due to bleeding from the nose and coughing up blood. On 12/12 Case Management at the hospital reached out to TLay to resume services upon his release from the hospital. The hospital received acceptance. Then on 12/13 the acceptance was rescinded and I had to find another Home Health agency. I called Medicare and was told we were under TLay until 1/10/19. I reached out to TLay to find out why they were "firing" us. Pamela in the office initially said the reason was because our insurance was not authorizing the supplies required. She then said she wanted to review his chart and would call me back. When Pam returned my call her story changed to his wound care supplies were too expensive when they went in to order them and they would be losing money on him. So they never ordered supplies that were requested over 3 weeks ago and we have been using whatever we had on hand from a previous company. According to Pamela the owners "sweat blood" over this decision...
