On hold, then cut off. Call back, on hold. I hope there service is better than trying to reach them. This time on hold for 13 minutes and counting. Wow, they said my mom needs new orders, because the orders was 5 days old. Problem is, nurse was supposed to call the day before coming out. Never called or anything. After readying other reviews, it makes sense

Very disappointed with this company. Supervisors for admission and discharge were very unprofessional. Discharged my husband, by having him sign her phone, when she arrived and then she walked out. I can imagine the visit charge for what lasted less than 1 minute. Never looked at the wound to assure it was healed. Would never use this Agency ever again. I have worked in Healthcare 30 years, do yourself a favor and stay away from this Company. They do not care about their patients.

Southeast Home Care hasn’t just been inconvenient—they’ve been downright irresponsible. This care is for my 80-year-old mother, and what we needed was support, reliability, and respect. Instead, what we’ve received is constant stress. We’ve clearly requested at least 24 hours’ notice before any visit—multiple times. But their staff continues to ignore this very reasonable boundary, showing up the same day with no warning. That’s not just frustrating—it’s disruptive and inconsiderate. I work full-time. I can’t just drop everything, especially when my mother depends on me to help coordinate her care. Their lack of communication has forced me to cancel meetings, scramble for coverage, and rearrange my life—all because they can’t manage a simple courtesy. This isn’t some minor scheduling conflict. It’s a repeated failure to treat clients with decency and professionalism. Frankly, this is exactly why Southeast Home Care has such a low Google rating. If you care about your loved one, your sanity, or your time, look elsewhere

The worst home health care I have ever known, they provide the worst service. Their visits are supposed to be half an hour, and they only spend 5 minutes in the homes (I have proof). They don't give any informative speeches to the patients about the illness they have. They never, ever take the patients' vital signs. You write to the nurses to find out what they did during the consultation with the patient, and they don't respond. These nurses are the worst. Learn to do your jobs properly. The therapist who was supposed to come never showed up. Your service is terrible.

I wish i could give this agency a 0 but I cant , the person who works with the poc signing is extremely unprofessional and rude. She needs to be trained how to speak to patients and employees from other places. I hope if someone is reading this they can speak to those employees and make sure they get proper training.
