omG. PT with Nicole was like a breath of fresh air! She helped Dad immensely. He was very unsteady when he got out of the hospital but now he doesn’t even need a walker! The 3 nurses Dad had were also very friendly, skilled, and caring. I admit, one of the nurses smoked heavily, and because of my sensitivities I had to mention it to the office. Though I liked her, I requested someone else. They were pleasant, responsive and did just that. Now that it’s ending, we will sure miss Nicole!
