Cared for family members. The company is very understaffed. And you don't get the care your doctor orders your lucky if they can come once a week. The staff is super friendly and nice, folks. But I seriously questioned if these folks were actually skilled licensed professiknals. Because a few did not seem very knowledgeable in the area of skills they're portrayed. The actual nurses did. But PT and OT did things you could and would do without them and kinda of waste of time.

I have been using CenterWell Home Health Care for about 3 years. The nurses are very helpful in all my concerns. Our Physical therapist Wilson has been very supportive with my husband needs. He is patience, understanding and caring. Wilson is a great therapists and I want to thank him for the great work he has been given my husband.

Okay where do I start Jillian from CenterWell Home Health Care immediately took charge and from all the questions she asked and verified with myself and my Wife mapped a plan of action for me to follow and of course my Wife too. I knew instantly she was what I needed to get through the extremely stressful situation and try to get somewhat of a normal schedule for my life and my Wife life. Jillian explained what I needed to understand about the long road that is ahead with out fear or not taking my recovery plan seriously. My Wife has been running my daily plan of action with no fear or anxiety so I can get my life back to somewhat of a manageable pace without worrying about everything going on at our home to distract myself from completing all the tasks that I need to do to accomplish my goals and keep me focused motivated I now feel confident with her vision and her HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL OF MY ACTIONS !!!! I Can’t wait to see where I end up but with her I definitely know that GOD has a great story to share with all my Veteran brothers that didn’t get the chance to meet her and watch her work on our broken and damaged Bodies Day 1 is in the books. Well I need to go now I have my Health plan for recovery and everything is mapped to make sure I have all the information needed to not fail.
