What a joke, no one knows what the others are doing! We were told three different ways thing's would work and they said the others don't know what they are talking about. I will NEVER use this company again!

After no one contacted me for service, I called them and was told our order for a nurse was on hold and someone should have called me. Nope I called the insurance you to verify insurance and they will pay. We have ppo and we are not in network but because we have ppo they still pay. So I called back a left a message three times. The last time I called, I could here her typing up to the supervisor. Still no response. This was urgent. My brother's legs are both bleeding He's handicapped and needs help now. Hear it is 3 weeks later, no nurse. So I called the doctor back to refer me to a different service.

My husband had in home care after his knee replacement and Doug, nurse and Gary PT they were fantastic! My husband was without any assistance within 4 weeks post op.

Need home care not nurse's that just want to ask a few questions & take vital signs .What a joke. Matt is a good PT. Debi is a great social worker. ❤️ Stay on top of your clinical manager or you will not get what your PT orders.

Had reverse shoulder surgery on the 27th of October 2021 a few days later the nurse kelly and therapist Josie from Horizon home health care. Came by. Couldn't ask for 2 nicer people.. they both took very good care had gotten my arm to work so I could do more.i did have kelly last year when I had a hip replacement. She is great. Josie is a very good therapist she has worked on arm so I could move it in just a short time . Thank you both . I would recommend this home health care.
