I have nothing negative to say about this agency! They have gone above and beyond to care for my very fragile grandson who was born with a rare heart condition. Ms. Eunice, the administrator, has been nothing short of amazing! She is very easy to talk to and is always available and very supportive. All of the nurses that have gone to care for my precious grand baby have taken good care of him. Two of the nurses (Sterling & Esther), which I consider the "primary" nurses assigned to my grandson are beyond AMAZING (I just love them)!!!!! They are so good to my daughter and grand baby!!! It's definitely been a difficult and challenging experience, but Superior Care Home Health helps us get through it!

Staff is not knowledgeable in care what so ever. Rude and very unprofessional. Not recommended to care for a roach.

This is been one of the best experiences. I have always been a giver not a taker and I have really met my match with this care. I felt like I was being cared for by a family member not by somebody just doing their job. Sometimes when people say the person went above and beyond they’re just kind words, but my experience was that those words, above and beyond, are naturally the care given to all. I give them an A+

Thst are extremely professional and timely. There is always someone to answer my calls, no matter the time of day. The owner is extremely caring. When my baby went to the hospital, she went out of her way to check in on us. I truly appreciate the detailed level of care that my family gets from them.
