We had VNA home health for a year nothing but agony, The CNA’S all they did is stayed on phone , out of 10 /1 is doing what she supposed to. The scheduling is the worst I have ever seen or experienced. Management horrible. We left and got a new agency for home health ,best choice ever. We kept physical therapy with them , the therapist are the best , but again scheduling and communication is horrible.Completely unorganized.

I am writing this in support of your very valuable and amazing Home Health Nurse Chelsea. It is rare in Healthcare today that someone actually "cares". Chelsea has worked above and beyond in every interaction I have had with her! Trust me, I've had various healthcare workers who just check the box and do not care about the integrity of their work or what's best for the patient. Chelsea is a huge asset to VNA. A few examples: 1. Chelsea always changed my bandages with great care, 2. When I could not get an appointment to have my staples removed, she called my Ortho and firmed an appointment! They literally said to her that I had "fallen through the cracks during the holidays". Unbelievable. And, 3. Lastly, the list of meds given to me prior to my surgery and then post op, were a chinese jigsaw puzzle. Chelsea wrote out a Medication Log for me: It was then crystal clear. It ends up, they did not fill a few of my prescriptions (which I fixed) and I had not been taking the meds I should have taken because it was not clear. Again, she radically changed my recovery from confusion and pain to minimal pain and a success story. I will be taking these documents to Dr. Dan Jones when I go for my follow up on January 19th, 2025. I believe she is a big reason for VNA's success. I pray you will give her a spiff. If not, I am happy to send her a little something of gratitude. She is a very special person. I am grateful to God for Chelsea! Victoria Blake

The VNA nurses, physical therapist, the entire team were outstanding. My husband took a terrible fall and if it weren't for nurse Debbie Wyen, and physical therapist Debbie Chokran Jim's recovery wouldn't have been as successful as it was!! Nurse Erin and Anna were Wonderful too!! Words are inadequate to express our appreciation to the VNA !! Luanne Dunne ☘️

2025 has been a tough year for me. Thankfully my two main VNAs RN Chelsea and Deb PT have been wonderful. Supportive, professional, caring. It’s been 6 months for both and I’m very grateful to have them.

Nichole S. (RN) she is so nice so caring , she has such a warm personality she goes over your medications to make sure nothing changed she is fantastic before she leaves my home she makes sure and everything else is in check! If any one is in need of a nurse association, I would go with the VNA, I also spoke with a lady named Emily. She was also very pleasant to speak with over the phone. thank you for having such a fabulous nurse on team !
