I can't say enough about this company. My husband had EXTENSIVE vascular surgery and needed a home health company and we were referred to this one. The staff was on the phone to me making arrangement for home care before my husband was released. Ruth, the clinical manager was at our home on a Sunday and stayed with us for 3 HOURS helping us. I was taught how to do infusions, and all else for his care. Ruth was on the phone making sure all his needed meds were established for readily pick up, not to mention she had to deal with express scripts, due to my husband is a veteran. The company if VERY PROFESSIONAL as well as through, polite, very caring of their clients. To have them come to your home is the best decision you can make. Hats off to Ruth and her staff....love you guys.

Bayada was referred to us by Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital & we were told we would receive a call. No one called so I called & was told they would send a nurse @ 12:30 & the Appt would take an hour. At 1:10 I called & they told me they meant she would show up 12:30-1:30. Someone dropped the ball with no communication. We found another company with reliable office staff. I would not trust my Moms well being with Bayada.
