First diagnosis was incorrect. My mom has an IM nail NOT a broken hip. She has no restrictions. The PT assigned to her argued that she was wrong. I corrected him and highlighted in hospital discharge papers where the correct diagnosis was. She is and has been weight bearing as tolerated. He does not advance the exercises to her ability and that being said the PTA does not have a plan of his own and repeats the same exercises. She is not gaining anything. I was home health therapist for 10 years and this is not how it should be. The LPN told her to keep a decubitus dry. Then proceeded to send an ointment to apply. My mom’s blood pressure was very low and the last week she has had isolated systolic blood pressure. The RN did not call her physician. She left the home with her BP 187/74. I had to call her physician to get the medication started for her. She scared my mom about having a CVA. She is asymptomatic and the Phyaician directed to take the medication and monitor the symptoms. On today’s visit blood pressure was 167/76 told her to go to the hospital and get an injection to lower it. My mom called me in a tizzy. I really do not suggest this company for anyone that does not have direct family involvement with some medical knowledge. Also they do not do clean bag technique or use hand sanitizer upon entering the home. Disappointed greatly. Google Forces a 1 star.

Our experience with CenterWell was really good. The nurses treat you like family so you don't feel like strangers are coming into your home. They know what their doing but most of all they care about what they're doing. You don't feel like it's just a form that's being filled out, they really care how your progressing.

CenterWell is an amazing home health care company. The staff was wonderful. They made sure that the treatment dates were good for me. They were always on time, made sure that I was comfortable with my treatments, and showed genuine care and concern. I looked forward to see them coming, from the nurse to the treatment staff and supervisor. I would definitely request their services again and highly recommend them.

I've had in-home rehab multiple times with different providers but I've never had the level of service that you guys provide. Both Lewis and Eric have been amazing. They are very professional but more importantly they are truly compassionate and sincerely care about the patient's well being.
