The nurse came twice, the physical therapist came once, and the occupational therapist came once and then they ghosted us. No call, no explanation.

They scheduled a physical therapy without doing an Assessment , which I find to be unprofessional. Nurse left a message on VM on the morning of wanting to come out to do assessment. To much OMG. The therapist that i spoke with was argumentative & aggressive. OMG unprofessional company, it’s very sad 😔
