Ashley Clayton is an exceptional home health nurse, and our family is incredibly grateful for the care she is providing. From her very first visit, Ashley demonstrates an outstanding level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my father feels comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. Ashley takes the time to explain every aspect of care clearly and patiently, always making sure we understand and feel confident. She also goes above and beyond to ensure we are scheduled with the right specialists, keeping the continuum of care moving forward seamlessly. Her calm, reassuring presence brings peace during what can be a challenging time, and her attention to detail gives us complete trust that everything is being handled with excellence. What truly sets Ashley apart is her heart. She treats her patients with dignity, warmth, and kindness, as if they were her own family. Her dedication and compassion make a meaningful difference every day, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Ashley Clayton is a remarkable nurse and an incredible asset to CenterWell home health care.

The therapists that came out to our house were really nice. But you can't get anything done with staff from the office. We couldn't get the supplies we needed, no one is proactive. Common sense things that could easily be addressed, just wouldn't be done. Not to mention the poor customer service and unprofessionalism over the phone. I would not recommend them.

Nothing but issues and runaround with supplies and orders on home health side. Nurses and therapists providing visits are kind and professional. Whoever is running the office/admin side did not care when we had to order our own supplies online, perform all of our own wound care, and catheter care, yet they are still happy to charge for visits. We were told "we needed to do some leg work" and it was insinuated that we were not doing our part to progress the patient's care. Our concerns would have been simple to address had anyone cared to try. They didn't even care when we advised that we would be canceling services.

The therapist who come to the house have been phenomenal. We have used them several times and have always been pleased. The only issue i have ever had has been with the office staff. It is very difficult to get them moving but the people who come out are fantastic.

DO NOT have this home health agency assigned to your loved one for their home care needs!!! Just like the previous review stated, the admin is awful, consistently dropped the ball, and will try to blame their RNs for not providing the proper care, not showing up, or doing a poor job when it is them who fail to update the patient charts for and additional authorizations or orders. Additionally, some not all of the RNs that do make the visit do not provide the proper care needed nor do they order the supplies needed for care stating that they do not see an order in their system and so the visit is just useless at times. My doctor’s office had never intended to assign this home health agency to my elderly father but I chose them based on their Land O Lakes location reviews thinking that I could choose that location. (Do not make that mistake if you live in Tampa, Lutz, or Carrollwood or you will be assigned the Tampa location). In the course of 2 months they neglected their duties TWICE that resulted in blood in the urine and UTIs followed with my father being taking to his urologist for emergency appointments. The first time they did not provide the proper catheter care needed nor did they order the correct supplies. The second time the case manager assigned to my father named Donna, failed to update my father’s chart with additional authorizations which lead to 2 weeks of no visits from the nurse, OT, or PT. He just has a suprapubic catheter procedure done which needed re-dressing at the sight and flushing of the catheter. The urologist was on file from day 1 and sent them the new orders. They just failed to update the chart or get more authorizations for additional visits. This lead to NO visits 1 week post surgery, a clogged catheter, an internal leak, swelling of the feet that had to be handled at the urologist office again! Needless to say, I called my father’s PCP and got them to switch home health agencies for my father. Do not take this as normal elderly care. This is complete and total neglect and you can do something about it if this occurs to you or your loved one.
