My mother was getting occupational, speech and physical therapy services as well as wound care. Most of the providers were pretty good. Speech therapist Rene was/is awesome!! The wound care nurse was a completely different story. She would show up whenever she wanted without EVER asking or even notifying us when, she would leave her car running (with her kid inside) because she would only be there about 10 minutes before she would run out the door. She left some of her "tools" (bp cuff, etc) at our house for nearly a week (since she didn't even show up on all the days she was scheduled). My mother's heart rate was very elevated and she said she needed to go to ER. "This is an emergency! They need to use a defibrillator on her!" which makes NO SENSE whatsoever! As I was on the phone with 911, she left. No word, just left. I called to notify the office that my mother was in the hospital so we needed to suspend the services and also said I had a complaint about one of the providers. I was asked which one and told I would get a call from the office manager. In less than 30 minutes, the nurse I was complaining about called me to confront me about what the issue was!!! I still have not been called and they have no idea what my complaint even is!! And to top it off, the ONLY provider they notified about services being suspended was the ONE they SHOULDN'T HAVE!! All the others texted to try to schedule appointment times!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Best experience yet with any home health. They were always on time with a smile and took care of any issues right away. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Worse service I have ever experienced. No one seems to know anything nor do they comunicate with each other or their patients. My mother took a nasty fall the other day and went to the E. R. She followed up with the home care provider the next day and got the run around. No one has come to check on her. She is in a lot of pain and needs help to get to the bathroom. Divine said they set up a care facility only to find out , they never spoke with them nor did my mom qualify for the place. My mom didn't find out any of this till she got to the care facility and was turned away. I have called their office myself only to be told " I don't know so and so handles that, but he isn't in right now" This is not services it is neglect.
