I had a nurse victoria that was polite and respectful at the beginning and gave her a good word. Then she did a total flip around and not who I expected. Anyways I had a revision done of same surgery and dr had enhabit come out this time again and she was to be my nurse again. I refused and told dr I didn't want her or enhabit as my in home care anymore. They changed me back to Baycare homecare I've had before and they are top notch.

Had knee replacement on Dec. 12, 2024. Enhabit sent a nurse for eval on Dec. 14 and Alex was my therapist on Dec. 15. He said Dawn would call me that evening with a time she'd come by the next day. I called that day and the next and never got an answer. Three days later I called my surgeon and told him. His office immediately called another home health care agency and they came the same day. I would never recommend Enhabit Home Health! Please don't reply with a request to email you. I'm past all of that and don't need to speak with anyone.

My mom has had the pleasure of receiving care from Enhabit for over a year after surviving a stroke. We had the absolute best care team ever (Julia, Brooke, Dena, Brittany (SLP), Kirsi, Vince, and others). Punctual, professional, empathetic, knowledge are just a few word that describes them. They always knew how to make our day better. I was an exhausted caregiver and they remind me to care of myself. The team designed care strategies that were culturally relevant and specific to my mom's needs. They communicated with each other and other agencies to make sure we would receive the best care for my mom. This is a team that cares to go the extra mile always. We whole heartedly love them all and would recommend them again and again.

Terrible people. Can’t seem to give you an appointment time. Person who came to my house obviously did not want to be here. Told me my pain level was wrong and should only be a 2 or 3 3 days after knee replacement surgery! Very unprofessional treatment. He even went so far as to ask for a charger for his laptop! Why did he not charge it in his car? Would not want them to work with my dogs! Stay away from them if you want to get back on your feet.
