This pt comany called me. Someone that could barely speak English, showing patients caring, compasion and empathy you'd think would be the first feelings they convey. After struggling with the language her first question/statement to me after identifying herself was "do you know it you have to pay for 20% of the cost with your insurance." No apology for calling a week late or asking me how I felt. At that point I told her their services was no longer needed. Be ware of Heathy Services of Tampa this is a patient mill.

Definitely not healthy for your blood pressure! This place is run by clowns, in training. They use another agency that subs out to independent therapists; ok, why not but too many cook spoil the soup. Some call 30mn ahead and want to show up without appointment, no one talks to each other, they made us wait for over a week for a per-approval that wasn't necessary, use wrong medical codes, etc. what a circus!! As far as we are concerned, they don't care about patients, it's nothing more than a money grab.
