First off, the "Quality" rating of Poor - Fair does not even BEGIN to explain how horrific this “business” establishment is. The owner is extremely unprofessional, she does not fill out or file her paperwork on time to meet her nurses and client’s needs. She literally yells at her nurses and staff for her own mistakes, which occurs quite often, she loses paperwork, and then blames the nurse for her mistake threatening to hold their pay until they redo the paperwork. To say that she only accuses the nurse is the understatement of the Century. She will degrade and yell at them in such an abusive way. She yells at the CLIENTS for her mistakes as well. Quite frankly, I believe that she is highly imbalanced and maybe even beyond borderline psychotic... The whole office is an unorganized mess of paperwork. Now, I am not sure about all of the laws regarding patient confidentiality, but I have seen random patient paperwork strewn about in a such a manner that could in no way, shape or form ever be conceived of as confidential. RUN AWAY FROM THIS ADDRESS!!! DO NOT WORK HERE! DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES SEEK SERVICES HERE! You WILL regret it. You may very well end up needing to seek a therapist simply in order to deal with all of the traumatic experiences that you WILL endure if you do not heed my warning.
