I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mr. Charles James Clark from Regional Healthcare in Louisiana which is a subsidiary of your company Medicor. He delivers medical equipment for home health and hospice patients. My grandmother recently passed and Mr. Charles was the epitome of professional, compassionate and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better person to assist us during this difficult time. You are lucky to have people like Mr. Charles working for your company. Based on the other reviews of this company, it looks like you need to hire more people like Mr. Charles.

Terrible customer service. Don’t even bother! The customer service rep was not only extremely rude but wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence without cutting me off. I asked to speak to a manager and she laughed and ended the call. I tried calling back multiple times and they wouldn’t answer. As a professional myself who works with the elderly, I can only imagine how they speak to those who have less knowledge about medical equipments and can’t advocate for themselves. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with them! Completely unprofessional!

I am so thankful to every single person I spoke with today from the Receptionist (I forgot her name, I'm so sorry) to the warehouse man (Danny), to the after hours person (Pablo) and to the driver (Jon). Within 1 hour, they had the home oxygen unit at my moms house. They were all so compassionate and genuinely concerned. The receptionist said she would treat my situation how she would if it were her own Mother. She truly did just that. They all went above and beyond. I was in tears. Happy, thankful tears of relief. I can't thank all of you enough. My mom will finally get a good nights sleep....as will I. Thank you again. God Bless.
