I would rate this agency a zero, if I could. This agency is extremely unprofessional. The lack of communication in which they provide is unbelievable! The lack of respect for one's time is also unbelievable. The Ota Nani's attitude is filled with arrogance and cockineas . For Andy the occupational therapist himself ...he is the worst! The following is a text message I received from Andy the OT- PERFECT!!! Because I am pulling my therapist off the case, so you just earned 90 min more a week of free time. Andy's response is all due to my prior text informing him my time is valuable and need to be respected. If this is what you would like for your love ones , then by all means . if this isn't what you want for your love ones, trust me find yourself another home health care agency.
