I had such a positive experience with home nursing caring for my wound and in-home physical therapy. My physical therapist, Anita, really prepared me for outpatient PT. She helped me get over my fears and regain my strength. I really appreciate everything she did for me. Highly recommend her!!

Stop requesting authorization for services not requested by the patient. It deprives them of care when they need to see a specialist. I don’t know if it was ignorance or greed but please stop.

I hire this home health to help my father in law properly use a walker. They only did a couple of visits and said he’s fine with the walker. He doesn’t know how to use it. Unfortunately it’s the only home health company his insurance covers. The Physical Therapist that discharged him said he’s still very high risk for falls.

Words can not describe the gratitude I have for my dad's Pinnacle Home Care physical therapist, Christine Sleichter. Even though his mobility declined, he requested that she stay on when the VA enrolled him into a home hospice program through another facility. Many times, he was physically unable to exercise, Christine would help out with the dogs or with anything he needed help with, and often stopped by when she was in the area visiting her parents. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. Even the little things like filling the water on his O2 concentrator, which the nurses never instructed me to do. He truly needed to be in a facility with constant care. After I finally arranged for hospice to pick him up, I had a crisis moment where dad spiked a high fever. I didn't know who else to reach out to, and Christine stopped by in between patients, and knowing I wasn't alone brought great comfort. We got his fever down before the transport picked him up. He passed peacefully the next day. I will never forget the compassion Christine showed our family in our time of need. She is an amazing caregiver and now an extended part of our family.

I can’t give enough positive feedback about our experience with Pinnacle Home Care. My mom had a surgery that required post op wound vac care. Her nurse, Nelson, has taken the upmost care of her wound vac changing and dressings and has demonstrated excellent clinical skills. The care coordinators, Amy and Danielle, have been very communicative, accommodating, and empathetic. We can’t thank this team enough for keeping my mom comfortable and helping us during this unsettling time.
