I am writing this on behalf of my mother who is receiving PT from Ashley. She is wonderful. The vertigo treatments are helping mom so much. What a difference in her day to day for her balance. Her OT is Allison and she is great working with exercises for her balance and focusing for her eyes. Her RN is Kim and she has organized her daily meds and educated her on why she needs them and how to take her BP , write them in a journal and the importance of her pulse as well. These 3 women have become an important part of mom's week and life journey. Thank you.

Absolutely horrible experience. This company expects you to work around their schedule. My 88 year-old father who has Alzheimer’s just had back surgery and was referred to this company by his primary care for physical therapy. After speaking with Todd Joiner, who was very pleasant, various nurses called, to schedule a time to come out and enroll my father. For multiple reasons, my schedule is very tight and although I proposed various time slots, none seemed to work. Once I finally found one that seemed to work… (after multiple days and conversations) a nurse called to inform me that she would not be able to make it at our scheduled time. To exasperate the situation, when I called to discuss (again) with the office, (after explaining that I had a work meeting in five minutes) the person in charge of the nurses gave me a 4 minute dissertation about how Medicare requires the patient to be homebound. My father is homebound. I, however, I am not. My father does not know anything about his recent or past health history due to Alzheimer’s and I would need to be present to answer as his advocate. I have lived with my parents since my Fathers stroke 4 years ago. I am VERY familiar with home healthcare. This company was extremely frustrating to try to work with and even demeaning to me as a client. I have reached out to our primary care for an alternative.
