The first VNA RN {stacia} was excellent. But the follow up nurses were very unprofessional. Three times they failed to adequately communicate there time of arrival. Today's nurse caught me in the shower changing the waffer/flange on my colonoscopy bag. She just showed up. She never told me what time she was coming. I told her to give me a minute. She calls me while I am still taping up my waffer/flange and told me to "hurry up, I'm still waiting". Then when I finished and opened my door, she drove off. Rude and Unprofessional.

Awful staff all around. The speech therapist was ok but nurses, PT and OT therapist were horrible. The PT assistant was great but the main guy Jun talked the whole time instead of actually working with my mother. He would be at the house about 20 mins and barely did 5 exercises with her. Then say it was time to go. OT Justin was completely useless he showed up once and said he had a packed schedule and signed off on her therapy even though she desperately needed help with things. Then when Mom's Dr referred OT again bc she needed it and I requested a different OT person, they sent Justin again who was annoyed he was sent back and did not ask about anything the Dr specified she needed worked on and once again just signed off on her treatment. The nurse Stacia showed up and would ask if her pills were in pill cases and won't not check on meds or to see if anything was right in the pill boxes. The another nurse Ginger came was there 5 mins, her cell rang and she spent almost appointment on her cell on a personal call then ended call and had my mom sign her appointments even though she spent entire time standing in back room on her phone.this place is over worked n under staffed. If you call the main line Pearlwas the point of contact for me and she just ignored the request for different OT instead of Justin and wouldn't return phone calls and ignored when issues rose like when my mom was switching meds and I asked nurse to go over new meds and double check to make sure Mom had right pills in pill boxes since mom confused night and day pills and was having trouble reading and nobody would help her with meds and she was alone. Or when mom asked for help with using iPad for shopping no one would help her set things up or show her how to do things she asked about.
