On 06/31/24 the day my dad was released from hospital....I spoke to the answering service for the company she's going to make sure that she makes a note for the caseworker manager and or the nurse that they call me first thing in the morning to switch out the type of bag that would make him more comfortable more or less they are going to make it a priority to make sure he's comfortable with the proper stuff by tomorrow.... today comes missed thier call only to be told The concierge place did call me to confirm they had processed his referral and that the nurse coming out will call tonight to make the schedule for when they're coming... unfortunately they can't come tomorrow *THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE AN URGENT SITUATION) So we will decide to just go with advanced nursing concepts. If I don't get a call by tomorrow morning I will be calling to just cancel them and go with the other place because that's bull!!!! My father is 82 with a cath in with a cath bag that isn't which one we asked for and he's uncomfortable and hurting and they don't consider it urgent like they said they would!!!! 😡
