DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! When they were Nurses on Call the nurses where very good. Office staff was difficult at time s but was able to work with them. Now that HCA has taken over the nurses are still good but the office staff is rude, obnoxious, and the Director, Matthew, refuses to return phone calls to anyone who questions the staffs answers. He refused to call back the caseworker that denied a claim and then refused to call me back to discuss it. Connie, who denied the claim, for reason she said the risk was to high, also, would not talk to me when I called. I know more than they think and I know they are concerned that their 4 start rating with MEDICARE could be effected if they take certain patients so they deny service. I called back 6 days after Matthew was supposed to call me back and asked to speak to him and was talk that since went to another provider he did not feel the need to call me back. The reason went to another provider is because he didn't call back and had no choice. The nurses where ok and I feel sorry for them because I do know some of them personally from when it was Nurses On Call. Some of the better ones left when HCA took over. HCA is very good but the management they have put in place at this location is the worst. As an advocate for the patient., my girlfriend, I demand the best care and excellence in service. If someone can not provide that, just find another, but do NOT cast blame on me because of their incompetence.

THIS IS AN AMAZING STORY OF CARING! Recently my husband was scheduled for back surgery. When the surgeon scheduled the date for surgery, I contacted the Home Health Service that we had used after previous surgeries for both of us so they would know we would be needing them. When the hospital was ready to discharge, that home health service said that they could not provide services because of their vacation schedules. They knew weeks in advance that 02/20/23 was the week they were needed. The hospital tried to send him to a "Rehab Hospital"! I called our "Out Patient PT Company, Florida Physical Therapy and Robin Dotson and she called her connection at HCA Florida Home Health Care. Within minutes Lou called his co worker Stephanie and they arranged for HCA FL to be at our home on Saturday! Well, Nurse Norma did not wait until Saturday. She called and worked it out to see Paul on Friday. This company has rare caring employees. This company is truly caring and obviously knows how to hire employees who CARE! This is a truly amazing story of folks caring about other folks and stepping up to make it happen. THANK YOU LOU, STEPHANIE, & NORMA for all of your caring.

This is a terrible nursing experience..please please do your homework and shop around. I have been a patient for over a year and they're so inconsistent it's awful. I love my nurse lisa she is great the problem is she heals me they send someone else and I'm back to square one. Please believe me, don't get caught up in this web. Update. After speaking with Rachel, who is really great, things are much better, more organized, the supplies are showing up on time. I would give nurse on call 3 stars now. Rachel gets 5 stars. 9/30/2020
