The nurses from Pinnacle are great and really took great care of me after my back surgery. Kara is the best nurse I’ve ever had. So professional and caring. I’m very grateful for her help!

I recently had knee replacement surgery on September 11th and I was very pleased with all of the staff that worked with me on physical therapy and my home health nurse was excellent. This is my second knee replacement and I have prior experience with another company in my area. I want to give a special thank you to Dawn, Melissa and Maria for putting up with me and being flexible with my schedule. They were all kind and compassionate. Thank you, Sharon

I don't typically write reviews, as if there's a problem, I like to try to resolve it with the company directly. This time, the company offered no solution or willingness to help, so here I am sharing my story to help others. My mother received home physical, occupational, and speech therapy from Pinnacle while recovering from a stroke. They were excellent and she eventually 'graduated' from all her therapy, as she was doing quite well. After a recent visit to her doctor, the doctor thought she could benefit from additional physical therapy, as she was beginning to display weakness in her arms and legs. After receiving a call from Pinnacle stating I'll be receiving a call from someone who will schedule a time to visit my mom for an assessment, I'm still waiting for that call. I've since called Pinnacle numerous times to find out what's going on and each person has given me a different answer. One said my mother was out of the area, which made no sense because she was a former patient. Another said the clinical team determined my mother wouldn't benefit from therapy anymore. How can they determine that without actually seeing and accessing her? I asked for them to call me to discuss this and I'm still waiting for that call. So, I called them again and another person I spoke with said it was a staffing issue and they didn't have the staff to safely treat my mother. This is determined by the care team, not the clinical team, as I was previously told. This was a company that was professional and went to great lengths to care for the patient. I don't know what happened where now they're short staffed with therapists, their customer service staff each has different versions of stories to tell me, as well as just ghosting previous patients by not returning calls. Patients be aware - do your research before signing up with them, as this is not the company and service provider it once was.

I am not satisfied with them at all. He has a catheter in. I asked for catheter supplies to be sent to the house where they're supposed to change it. Tell them that it needed to be changed and they said oh no, he's good to the end of the month. Well had to take him to the hospital because he wasn't feeling well. What a urinary tract infection. He was hospitalized for 5 days. He comes home. He wasn't even home a month and the same thing with the decatheter. I'm waiting on the catheters to be delivered for a month now. Evidently they had the wrong address. One nurse helped me out and put the address in the next day. I received the supplies every time they come here they tell me that the catheter doesn't need to be changed this time. He's on a PIC line. His medicine is done so the nurse called me tonight. Asked telling me she's coming out tomorrow. I said oh good you're removing to PICC line. She said no. That's the nursing supervisor I said. Well I suggest you get a hold of him to remove the PICC line. He's been done since Monday. This is now Wednesday. Well she proceeded to say I'll call you back. Never did I hear from her again speech I am satisfied with physical therapy I am satisfied with but the rest of you no, I'm not satisfied at all. I would not recommend your company. Someone needs to come out and remove this PICC line. And as far as the mobile physician, we have called them many times to have a refill on his meds. We had to wait at least 3 hopefully tomorrow somebody will come out and remove the PICC line before I have to take him back to the hospital until she fianswered our calls
