My 93 year old mother was able to receive post-hospital care from this organization. The care was primarily nursing care, administered by Donna Trouchet. Donna has been a nurse for over 40 years. Her professionalism, knowledge, ability, sensitivity, guidance and very prompt communication to both my mom and to me were exemplary. When my mom was released from the initial care visits and then required this service a few months later, we didn't hesitate to ask for Donna to be assigned to my mom.
