The director Carrie Dupree is disgustingly rude lies and hangs up the phone on you they did not show for up until a week after I got home from surgery I put a complaint in they had Tina from marketing call my doctors office and said there dropping me because of bad behavior the people in charge of this place treat patients with no respect

Horrific experience with this agency. Even though some of the providers are great, some need to learn manners and professionalism, I spoke to management, and they condoned rude, unprofessional behavior from their staff. Please look for assistance from another agency before you come here. Please spare me the fake apology or the reply saying you do not conduct business this way when I saw firsthand that this is exactly how you conduct business.
