I do not recommend doing business with this office. An incorrect diagnosis code was put on my lab requisition order. It has cost me much grief and days of wasted time trying to get it removed and the staff at this office is not helpful in fixing their mistakes. The receptionist and the nurses are extremely rude and condescending and need customer service training, especially dealing with people with health concerns.

We visited Cleveland Clinic in Wellington. We met with Dr. Andre Borja and he was very concerned and made us feel very comfortable. He a kind and caring Doctor.

Travel from Winter Haven Florida to West Palm beach to see Dr.Andres Borja. He was very patient and very explanatory. He genuinely care about his parents. Its a great clinic to go if you are having issues with your lungs. The older lady at the front desk was busy but nice. Highly recommend this clinic.

I was previously being seen by a good doctor here a the clinic but we just didn't fit. Came in today and had Dr. Fisher and he was amazing. He listened, asked questions and gave feed back. I felt heard which is rare. Thank you Dr. Fisher. I also has Ms Tiffany Spencer and she was also just amazing. Thank you both so much!

I chose Cleveland Clinic for the world class name and hopefully world class care . Very unfortunately this was not the case . Nightmare scheduling anything - and worse. Thing was getting medication refills in a timely fashion - if you message through the “my chart” you’ll get snarky responses from nurses that don’t even apply to what you’re even asking about . You literally have to do your own follow up with them concerning labs or imaging you may need and ask over and over . What a joke !!! My provider was Osorio Smith . The very first visit /encounter with her she was personable and a good listener . Each visit declined more and more and she was eventually totally uninterested in my health or well being and I am not a sick person but I do have a history of anemia and low iron showed up in my labs and she didn’t care . In and out without addressing concerns or coming up with any solutions . My husband and daughter also use her and my daughter was very sick and called to be seen and they offer an appointment 2 weeks out !! To top it off my husband saw her in June and he told me she was very nasty to him for no reason!! The older lady at the desk is the worst representation of the company !! Unacceptable !!! No thanks Cleveland Clinic - you were a big let down and I just received a phone call the MD is now going on medical leave …. Surprise surprise !
