Lillian Radziewski is very knowledgeable and a hard worker and I don’t know what I would have done without Her. She is very respectful and resourceful and she has a caring heart. As a nurse when you know you can count on the understanding of a coordinator to get you to work, it’s a blessing. I feel like she is family, and I think God for her. Maxim is lucky to have her as a worker. They should promote her with a raise. She is just a good person.

Dora is my coordinator and she never tired with any phone call regarding the nurse and patient...she directed me as needed. Been with Maxim since August 1998 until today. She is amazing, professional, friendly, reliable, and honest. Lily takes time to answer any questions I may have; and if she doesn't know the answer, she finds someone who does. Even though the communication is via phone, I can feel how compassionate and caring she is. This shows how much she really cares for her clients.
