I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your employee J..... She has gone well above and beyond to make sure that I am receiving the best care possible. I had a horrific experience with another home health provider and it left me feeling very uncomfortable and anxious about what was going to happen with my care. J.... listened from the beginning and kept up with open communication. She assured me that everything would be done to make me feel comfortable with the caregivers that would be working with me. Please recognize that her effective communication and compassion has been second to none!

it took 10 days after insurance company approved help to get a pt person to evaluate. Finally I was told an aid would be there on a Tuesday by one person and didn’t know why they didn’t show she emailed casecworker twice and no response! The case worker was unprofessional these people need to get it together!

Avoid this company. They do not return phone calls. I've missed 2 days of care that I need. The nurse in my area can only come in a 2 hour window that does not work for me. When I complained the supervisor said if I was able to leave the house I was not entitled to their service and she would "reach out to Aetna" as well. Translation, I'm angry so now I'm going to report you to your insurance company so that they will cancel this benefit for you. They apparently have no concept that I am the customer and they are not doing me a favor. If you need dependable care, avoid Firststat Nursing.

The experience has been an absolute nightmare. Considering I have a nurse three times a week, you’d think they’d set a schedule or assign you before the day of every single time. Instead I have spent every day I’m supposed to see someone having to call the office over and over for no answers, avoidances, and all together rude interactions. Half my appointments are rescheduled, and I only even get that information because I take it upon myself to contact them for it. They’ll tell you they’ll call you back and never, ever do. I’ve had to wait as late as 8pm to then be told no nurse is coming before. It has been an entirely unpleasant experience from an office that seems very unorganized.

Aid did not show up today! Moe did not call to leave a message as he stated. No call and or message left. If he made a call, it was to someother client as we have caller id and nothing was received. The first aid took vacation and no replacement aid was offered. Two weeks, then became 3+. Moe first recorded on the file that the patient declined services, this was not the case. A temp aid was sent after my daughter had to contact Moe to resolve the issue. Obviously the first aid did not want to loose the account. Well, they have. We strongly suggest others know the difference between Registries and Agencies before they select one for care. Having an aid simply sit and watch TV or play with cell phone is not what was needed.
