UPDATE : The business is incompetent. First bill came seven months after service with a threatening letter for $900. That was after they tried to get me to pay over the phone having never seen an invoice of services. Many people would find it difficult to be put in that situation. April review: They evaluated my knee after a full replacement yesterday. Today they call to schedule another eval, unaware I had one already. Then tell me “maybe someone will start my therapy Friday”, that is four days after surgery. NOT MEDICALLY GOOD TO WAIT THAT LONG TO START PT! Clearly they do not care about patient outcome. Two star because the nurse and original eval happened the day after sugery as it should have. Alicia the physical therapist who came to my house was very good. It is just the management that is disorganized.

I had a very negative experience with the manager, Shauw. She overstepped professional boundaries by trying to involve herself in my personal life. She made false claims about me to my wife, pretending to be her friend. However, we have never socialized with her outside of work. Her behavior was highly inappropriate, and she even went as far as to suggest that my wife divorce me. I am reporting this matter to corporate and considering further action with the appropriate authorities for this unacceptable intrusion.

I was in the medical field for +40years. If I qould select a star -10 I would choose -10 for the company. Dr. Petros the evaluator is excellent and my physical therapist Manny excellent case managerDianne is by the worst. Never returns calls last we spoke she told me both my Dr. Of physical therapy and therapist documented patient is regressing I asked both . Both state notes read progression. I had an extreme Spine fixation.fixatio n had to be higher due to lower spine crumblingwhich in turn left me with poor flexibility. On more than 2 occasions scheduled visits didn't happem.due to time ref ran out by the time I was recertifiei highly recommend staying away from this co.Never ever have I treated a patient in the manner Dianne has. To simply ignore a pt in need ofc are

I have requested to talk to the case manager multiple times and would not get a call back. My 93 year old mother in law had to wait to get the nursing and PT she needs. When case manager did call back she explained she did not have time to make any follow up calls. I called and left several messages for the CNO to call me and only got promised that I would be called back. Some one called me to get a survey on how they are doing and also promised that they would follow up. Nothing.. PT is a separate company and amazing, the CNA we had was caring and sweet. The company is very poor at following up, and getting the process done for what is needed. Well I fixed the problem by going to a different company.
