After my knee surgery, they came to my house and basically handed me a printout of what kind of physical exercises I should be doing. When I asked them to show me how they are done.They told me that there are pictures on the printouts, and I shouldn't have any problem figuring it out on my own.

This agency is amazing but the real start was my nurse Linda Quintana, from the moment she walked in she was extremely informative, she educated my self and the caregiver in different aspects, compassion is an understatement with this nurse, she made us feel like family, comes to show how important it is for your health care provider to be not only intelligent but with a heart warming personality. Linda will keep us loyal to Pinnacle.

I had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle. The evaluating PT, Lissette was efficient and knowledgeable. She took the time to get to know who I was and the other factors affecting my knee replacement. This helped her to recommend the right therapist to work with me for the 2 weeks. Michelle, the contracted therapist was excellent. Our personalities fit so well that she understood where I was coming from and tailored our sessions to be very functional ( getting into the car, stepping down into the shower, etc) while strengthening my knee all along. The staff at Pinnacle communicated very well with me, as the patient and their staff. I had dealt with another Home Health company a few months for my other knee replacement. The communication at the other company was horrible. Communication between the office, patients and therapists is so important and I’m glad Pinnacle understands that. I felt like I was in good hands during this first 2 weeks after my surgery. Thank you!

I’m so grateful to hear that this will be a public posting. I’ve never been more disappointed in people who work in healthcare, who are the complete opposite of caring you’re at administrators in the PINNACLE office of West Palm Beach, who I have had the displeasure of working with and care for my mother. Especially a woman by the name of Cecile who has been working way too long she is abrupt rude and outright disrespectful in her communication as well as follow up. In addition, the other people on her team, do not respond, get back to you with response as to why services are being changed the absolute only positive thing I can say out of my experience with Pinnacle Home Care is that they outsource, loving and caring speech therapist to Tamara was our, Marianne for physical therapy and Nina for occupational therapy. I plan on writing the CEO a direct email to discuss these issues and care.

I recently had a TKR by Dr Martin Roche of HSS in West Palm Beach, Fl. My surgery was done at Good Samaritan Hospital. I had four people from Pinnacle visit my home. The very patient Iris (PT) came as soon as I was released to get me started on some wonderful stretches. Iris told me the names of who to expect and when to expect them. Then lovely Chellah (nurse) arrived who listened to my concerns, addressed all of them, took my vitals and told me I was doing really well. She was so encouraging. Next came Adriana, a wonderful, very compassionate, very experienced therapist who taught me many different ways to approach the same problem. Because I saw Adriana for the next two weeks, we bonded quickly. It’s obvious that Adriana loves her job because she’s so good at it. Sue (discharge nurse) was great as well. All of these professionals were so encouraging and made me feel I was ready to do the happy dance. They all really listened. In the past, I have helped care for my physically handicapped sister and my elderly parents as well as experienced my own reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Pinnacle offered the very best home health care. Thank you to all of these wonderful compassionate professionals for helping me get my quality of life back.
