From Joan Young. I was suppose to start receiving Home Health Care Services from Unique. All it took was two phone calls with them searching for clarity on how things would work and who would be providing the care to realize this was not going to work. Unique gave very vague answers. I honestly can say they lied to me. I would highly recommend staying away from them.

Please do not allow this company to provide services for your loved one. The representative was very rude, unprofessional,untrustworthy and lack the follow through needed to support your love ones. Lashonda is more focused on getting payment than the client, she is very dismissive and speaks to you with a harsh tone when you ask her to explain anything. This office sent an individual to the home with at least 30 pages of documents that required a signature. When the family ask for explanation of the forms before signing them the individual could not provide an explanation. The individual called Lashonda for assistance and Lashonda indicated to the family that she had already explained everything to them. The family disputed her claims and she lost all composure. Do you want a company that has this type of irrational person providing support to your loved one? I don’t think so.. we will be filing an official complaint to AHCA.

Horrible. If you get this company for home health, you are better off without any "care". My nurse came a week AFTER surgery, not when I really needed help. Was not punctual, didn't call to say he would be early or late. And the office said his phone was "out of order". How do you have employees seeing patients without communication? The one day the nurse came he did nothing but made me sign a bunch of ridiculous paperwork and took my blood pressure. A waste of time.
