This is the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE! If you are planning on having surgery DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can't even begin to express how horrible their care is. I had nurses show up with NO supplies to change bandage dressings ... if they showed up at all. I also had several PT sessions canceled on me because someone had to "evaluate" me but yet they then never showed up for 2 weeks leaving me WITHOUT care or PT. Having surgery was hard enough but it was more difficult to recover appropriately with the lack of home care this company provided. The amount of undo stress this caused is totally unacceptable! I honestly don't see how they could provide WORSE care! Absolutely JUST AWFUL and my recovery and progress was definitely slowed and hurt by their LACK OF CARE AND COMMUNICATION!
