I'm so grateful for this company they are the most caring and empathetic professional home Healthcare team. My father's team is excellent from the RN's Toy, Kenya to the Therapist Ace, Arnold, Katie and my favorite Gloria who my dad just loves. These individuals provide the most outstanding elderly care. It all started with the social worker Antonia she sat there and asked me what can we do to help you with your dad's care. Its like I didn't have to tell her I was overwhelmed she knew it. I just need you to know you're team saved dads life Toy and Gloria jump in and contacted the cardiologist and had me take dad directly to the ER. Had it not been for these two angels Dad would had already expired his heart rate was in the twentys. Dad had a pacemaker place in his heart 10 days ago and it has been amazing recovery and hes even more aware than ever. God bless this class A TEAM! Im forever grateful 🙏

Their coordination has a lot to be desired. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing. Can't even coordinate a urine sample being taken to a lab over a week of asking for just the test. Be careful trusting your vulnerable loved ones to this company. As much as my mother loves her therapist, there is much lacking on the health care nursing side. The 2 stars are only for her therapist because they really are good. Scratch this off the list when you are choosing a company. Was just called a liar by them. That's fun. I'd love to see this turn into 5 stars but since I have made multiple calls and get met with , we have no record of your calls. I don't see that as a realistic expectation at this point.

Sorry they refused to accommodate my request for times, days when I am home and available. After numerous times of letting them know. Stop calling me a day before to make plans the next day. Then after giving them a full week schedule I am home and available. They could not come to my home. Reasons giving was. The employees was not in my area at the time I was available. They work from further away from their homes to their home. Sense I was further away they wanted me to accommodate them to their times and needs. I refused.

I have had home health several times and as a person in Ill health I have personally experienced a lot of medical care. This organization is the best. Probably the best in the entire state of Florida. From the person that answers the phone EVERY time to ALL of the health care personal I am 100% confident that you could not have better care. I have had the pleasure of Bruce and Heather as a nurse. Good luck Bruce with your retirement. I hope to see you in the farmers market. My PT team has been Katie, Romeo and once Edwin. I have ALWAYS been given superior care. If I could have all of my medical care for the rest of my life through amydasis I would 100% do it. Thank you for all of the real care and caring.

Can't speak on the service, however, the front desk receptionist, Michelle, was rude. I called asking to receive information, and I guess because I was asking too many questions, she got frustrated, told me to find the information out on my own, and then hung up. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but that’s unacceptable for an employee to do.
