My impression of this company is that there are disorganized and inexperienced personnel operating the company. Physical therapists called to schedule then didn't show up. We had one physical therapy visit which occurred 10 days after discharge from the hospital. I could not rely on Mederi to get my husband up and walking again. Excellent portfolio presentation but lacks workers to fulfill the promises. Bad experience and definitely would not recommend this company.

Horrible experience, do not recommend! Lacks compassion in the leadership and does not respond appropriately to patient needs & concerns. Uses some “visiting” contract staff not working for the company directly. I explained my concerns that i was not getting better with their agency and no improvement was made. Always defers you to insurance, corporate, someone else’s fault (or yours as the patient) does not keep office hours as stated to reach the administration team and facilitate clear provider communication. Afraid your going to reach out above “her” head. “Dawn” lacks the appropriate “bed side manner”necessary in patient care especially in a leadership position to help the sick, disabled and elderly heal. RESEARCH your loved ones choice in home nursing thoroughly and do not take a hospital’s recommendation (Orlando Health certainly has a clear interest in Maderi by referring you to them by default, should have been my red flag).

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR SERVICE TO NO ONE THAT IS REALLY IN NEED OF HELP!! The nurse that arrived to my home to allegedly care for my mother made it clear that she WOULD NOT come out to assist my mother while we were away on vacation. I made it CLEAR that she would need assistance for 6 days while we were out of the country. Initially the representative stated it would not be a problem. Now they are insisting on TRAINING a visually impaired individual how to perform and IV AND even suggested training a MINOR child so they did not have to come out for 6 days!!!! What is the purpose of the service!!
