I had pinnacle in Orlando they were great. I moved here in Davenport and they suck. They don’t want to submit things and the insurance and want me to pay out of my pocket. Which that is not supposed to happen. Then pt was supposed to come. Never seen them. But they come for eval to set another set of appointments for her to be seen and I don’t see them again. Then they act scared of my service And they act scared of where I live then they say why didn’t I tell them when I did tell them or why didn’t I say this to that nurse which I did and then I’ll say well that Nursing come and see you it’s just terrible terrible terrible terrible. Terrible service here in Polk County

Tremendous knowledge gained and assistance to begin healing journey for severely broken humerus with multiple complications post-op. Highly recommend in home PT services of Jeremey and Nick as well as nursing care from Beverly and Maria. Insurances and MD orders are handled by their main office seamlessly.

I would not recommend this company to anyone Pinnacle home Care in Winter Haven have staff inconsiderate they don't advise you that they're coming Kelly which was one of the nurses that came over and day one never called to acknowledge that she was coming to the house only to show up on the doorstep which my mother let her in. We like to have clarification where somebody's coming to the house. Please let us know what's your thoughts are of not getting a phone call? Sadly Kelly did this for the second time. Weeks later Amy was supposed to be the nurse coming Friday. She does not advise us or tell us. It's just she put somebody in her place does they don't have enough staff and they seriously have communication problems. I went to the doctor with my mom today and I told them she said she'd make sure that she would not send another referral from that office to Pinnacle. So after speaking to Andrea today, she really let me know that they do not care about patience. I hope you guys have a great day and I hope people are reading this in Winter Haven company that cares and communicates with you

I would like to throw a huge shout out to Heidi and Don in Highlands county. They were fantastic with my mom. We only got to see Don once, but Heidi was the nurse from then on and she is absolutely spectacular what she does we could not have gone through this process without them. Thank you so much for everything you did for our family, I highly recommend this company to anyone
