Do not hire this company to my opinion. THE COMPANY WAS OPERATING UNDER FIRSTAT BUT DUE TO SUPER LOW RATING THEY CHANGED THE NAME TO PARX HONECARE. Super disappointed and unsatisfied for services. Lack of organization, lack of communication and lack of knowledge. The clinical manager was awful and not cooperative, they promise you the world but they never follow through. The state need to pull their license due to misconduct.

I had surgery for carpal tunnel and used their services for occupational therapy and my therapist was always late and never stayed for the entire length of my visit. The therapist never brought tools to work with and their quality of care is very poor. Hannah was my therapist.

My experience with Firstat was excellent and the nurses if I had to rate their performance on a scale from 1-10 I will give them a 10+ very professional and timely. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs home care service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Their nurses are incompetent in handling wound care vacs & will hurt you! The receptionist lies to you & the clinical supervisor goes ghost on any complaints about their nurses. The nurse will use up all of your supplies & do not use gloves like she is suppose to. A one star rating is a gift for this joke of home health!

STAY AWAY if I could put zero i would. This has put my mother's recovery back weeks. My mother's doctor kept sending referrals to a fax number they advertise on the site and give out that does not work this went back and forth for over a week with a ton of phone calls. Finally I got the office manager from my mom's physician to call again and then they gave a second fax that worked. I was told the nurse that served the area was on vacation and we would get a call on Monday since by the time the above was straightened out and it was a Thursday and we were so invested in time at this point I accepted it. On Monday morning I called the number to ask what number to fax my POA and HIPPA Surrogate papers for my mom since of the problem above they gave me the number and I faxed the papers i called to verify they had given me the number to the same fax number that did not work I then got the second number and called and confirmed they had received it . Guess what Monday the nurse never called when I called on Tuesday to see what was happening they said that they had never received the fax of the HIPPA & POA papers either. At that point I called the doctor to ask for another referral for my mother since they have shown with there lack of organization and professionalism that they cannot be trusted with her care. My mother is now 3 weeks behind in receiving the desperate help she needs for her health.
