Highly Recommend. TEHC home healthcare is an amazing team helping my grandmother live at home on her terms. They are going above and beyond to get her the care she needs and save her the travel time from doctors to specialist to her primary care to labs to covid tests and ever appointment she has.. Athena has been so patient with me to make sure we get the right fit on each person coming to see my grandmother. Its a process having new people come into your home, and it can be overwhelming, I know it was for me. However TEHC home healthcare has worked with us each. We have worked together to build a dream team helping my grandmother, from a PA, NP, PT and social worker. I am so grateful for their help and patience. You are allowing my grandmother to continue living her life on her terms. Thank you. Special thanks to "Mark" and the full customer service team. You guys are the best!!!!!

My mother has AGAIN has had her PT NOT show up for a scheduled appointment. My senior mother has has NOTHING but issues with this agency. She has had appointments cancelled less than 30 minutes prior to arrival and has also had several of her appointment cancelled since the PT decided to no show. Her PT Eric was replaced by another this week named Chris, who stated he takes great pride in his job and if he schedules an appointment he would arrive on time. Today his first appointment with my mother and he no shows. My mother has called several times to the Agency during this continued situation to NEVER receive a return call. This agency needs to RESPECT the time of their patients regardless if they are seniors. Just because seniors are retired DOESN'T mean it doesn't take effort to get up and dressed for the day. My mother has spent countless days doing her best to muster up the energy to get ready for a PT visit only to have the technician NO SHOW, call and say I will be late to even cancelling day of appointment. Tech Health Care needs to return phone calls, Tech Health Care needs to respect the time of their patients and Tech Health Care needs to find employees with a better work ethic. Tech Health Care was recommended by her PCP. Today we will be highly advising that PCP to NO FURTHER recommended this agency.
