I wanted to take the time to say that Center Well has been very good for my parents. Especially a person if I can give a shout out to Alexis Averett she has been hard-working for my parents. She is very knowledgeable of her job. She goes beyond what I need and if I knew all of the nurse's names that have come to their home to help them. I want to say thank you to all of them and if I get their name I will also write the up most praise for them. You can't go wrong when it comes to care for your parents when it comes to center well and if you ever have the pleasure of dealing with Alexis and any of the nurses. I do believe one of the other nurses name is Carla. They all are very professional. I can't thank them enough because when you first start you are overwhelmed but to know someone is giving good care is even better. Center well should treasure these people that came out to visit my parents five star all day everyday

Suzanne and Rodney were wonderful, caring physical therapists for my brother, Robert Johnson. Suzanne in evaluating my brother’s needs and Rodney as his PT. I live in a different state than my brother and appreciated knowing that he was taken care of so well. Kudos to both of them. Karen

Strike 1. Had after hour problem with port access being painful and nurse did not come out to my home to access. Had me go to ER because it was 10:00 at nite. Strike 2. Had a nurse visit and went to sign paperwork and noticed insurance company was not updated. Dropped me like a hot potatoe b4 the nurse even left. Told me to go to ER again for any needs until insurance was updated. Took 3 weeks and had my cancer center take care of my port and dressing change for my tpn, bloodwork, vitals. If I Needed nursing care for after hour emergencies or if I wasn't going to cancer center for help, I would benefit from home care. I'm paying for insurance, and shouldn't have to go to ER for matters that an after hour nurse could have handled. Strike 3. Had the office tell my homecare nurse that they were discharging me from they care without anyone talking to me, because the insurance company was having them call every week for authorization. I took the initiate to call my insurance company to find out what they needed to secure pre authorization from a doctor. When i asked the branch Mgr why their pre authorization dept didn't uncover this, she advised needed to look into it and would get back to me next day. Have not heard any feedback yet. I was told by the hospital that initiated the tpn care while hospitalized and social worker arranged homecare, that the pharmacy and nursing homecare have the doctor information to reach out to. No resolution yet and believe they feel my insurance matter was cumbersome, because of weekly authorization, isn't worth keeping me as a patient. The hospital that discharged me said it's there responsibility to have this info and I shouldn't need to be involved. I don't need this stress, and they have created more stress in my life at present. There action of wanting to code me discharge without any discussion with me was inexcusable. The nurse was told to tell me they are discharging me. That was terrible putting the nurse in that position without her being to only say it was about the ore authorization. No mgr called me to discuss it. They wanted me to rely on the cancer center and the ER again. I insisted to the nurse to have the office Mgr call me. She did not! I asked her to call her Mgr. while at my home and when she did, She had the branch Mgr field the call. B.Mgr. told me she would research her pre authorization dept and call me next day. No return call yet.

Wonderful staff. Rodney with physical therapy is the best. Really takes the time to get to know the patient and is very persuasive in getting them to cooperate. So very patient and caring.
