I will give zero star . Pls Don’t register your client under this company. They are not good , they have zero accountability, zero communication , zero respect towards the client and they don’t do the things they suppose to do . But they will definitely bill the insurance companies for something they don’t do . I regret registering my client with them .

My team members are great. Do not expect anyone to actually do anything for your loved one if they are sick or take a vacation. Don't expect a call back if you call the office. They really should fire all of the people in charge since they obviously can't even make a phone call when there us an issue. If it were not for the wonderful ladies that do come to see us on a regular basis I would have changed services long ago. I will continue to comment so let us see if there are any changes. They overbook their staff to the point they cannot serve the clients. Take a look at what your insurance pays a month. See what you think you should get for these prices.

My mom had in home PT care 3 times a week for 11 weeks due to hip replacement recovery challenges. Her PT was Luke and if I could give him TEN STARS I would. He was incredible with her, patient kind and caring, but pushed her to do what was necessary for her recovery. He was dependable, timely, had great communication skills and always kept me in the loop, offering suggestions when needed. Cannot say enough about him!!! We will miss him personally and as a PT. If you need in home PT care ask for Luke! Doesn’t get better than he is!

Two of my family members received EXCELLENT care at Encompass Newnan..the facility was super clean, staff was caring and food was good. They deliver aggressive therapy needed for stroke patients to help them on the road to recovery.

My grandmother has received the most amazing care from Encompass Hone Health. We started on the rehabilitation side and recently transitioned over to the hospice side. We have just started the initial visits with her new care team and I’m just amazed. Every single therapist, nurse, CNA, aid, social worker, Chaplin, even down to the administrative staff, that we have interacted with has been such a pleasure. They have truly been a blessing to our family during a difficult time. Everyone is so attentive to my grandmothers needs and even check on my regularly to make sure that as her caretaker I am taking care of myself. It’s clear that there are standards in place for their patient’s care. Of the many people we’ve interacted with every single person has been consistent. We are so grateful!
