It's come to my attention company split. I've been receiving calls from other company formally apart of this group. Was told my doctor gave new order for HHA services. Advised them already receiving therapy and nurse thru Suncrest southside. I called Suncrest and advised them. Told not to worry they would handle. I told my therapists and nurse also. Was told on Wednesday by my PT problem resolved I didn't need to contact the other company. Today an employee of Georgia Home Health showed up at my door with no prior request or notice of visit. He was very kind. Saying they had been calling me to no avail. I told him what I was told by Suncrest no need to call. Immediately called Suncrest main number several times no one is answering phone. I left message with nurse to call. I'm done with the unprofessional manner of this company. I complained twice in last two weeks about inconsistency in service provision. Hadn't seen a PT for 2 weeks with no calls. When I called the receptionist gave an excuse as I was on schedule. I really like my nurse Linda, my therapists Vee, Caleb, Sherri. I'm going to switch companies. If I was really in need there should be no way they don't answer the phone which they aren't. My advise find a company that's consistent and will give you service you need!

The staff and the director, Ms. Thompson are awesome!!! The location was clean and friendly. The staff answered all of my questions and sent me away with a very positive impression! Great Job to everyone!!!
