This place is horrible I hate that Encompass referred these people to us. They are very unprofessional. They come up with excuses. The ding bat that answers the phone never knows anything. They scheduled an appointment with my mother for 9 am for a bath and they never showed up. I called and they said they had the wrong person. Then another time they was supposed to to change her wound vac and again they never showed up I hate this place
