My OT nurse “Kimberly “ is such a knowledgeable, devoted and caring person. She got me through hard times with my physical health. She never gave up on me. I will remember her and be grateful for her forever. Will continue to use her exercise plan that she laid out for me. Jacqueline my PT nurse pushed me to get farther in my health accomplishments but not so hard that I would have a setback. I won’t forget how much she helped me and I will continue doing the exercises she planned out for me

The billing service is terrible. They sent my referral with a different name than they use, and my health insurance won't cover their part due to this problem. I've left several messages with the staff asking them to call me back and fix the problem correctly, and I'm still waiting. It's frustrating because they are the only ones who can fix it. I JUST THE EMAIL LAST FRIDAY! PLEASE, CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND SPAM. I NEED HELP BEFORE 90 DAYS SINCE THEY PROCESSED THE FINAL BILL.
