I am so grateful for Accent Home care. Soneka Lee is a perfect example of what Accent Home care should want reflected of their company. Ms. Lee was professional, efficient, and respectful. I am very appreciative of the quality of care I received. Thank you Soneka Lee and thank you Accent Home care

Absolutely impossible to connect with a live person and what's more, no one seems to care. I am trying to cancel their service which is probably why they are not ansering the phone. It's atrocious. RUN and find another company please. Do NOT use them.

The nurse, Sheila, who came to care for my client from this company, was incompetent, rude, and lied to cover up for her incompetency and rudeness. The nurse was mean and being difficult to my client, who is in a very vulnerable state. These home health agencies need to be better regulated and fined for their bad service. When we tried to address the issue with the nurse to management at the company, instead of addressing the problem by having another nurse come out, they quit thereby leaving my client to scramble for much needed home health care after recently being discharged from the hospital. This company is putting patients at risk. This company is despicable and unethical. The entire home health care industry is broken. I'm going to be reporting this agency and this nurse to the appropriate authorities.

Was not very helpful. They said my mom would never walk after her hip replacement surgery when she was able to walk in the hospital with the walker. They would come and not give any kind of exercise or therapy and simply sign the paperwork. After they discharged her we tried walking her by ourselves and she is able to walk now. The OT was little helpful though. They at least gave her 1 shower and taught us to do the transfers. I would NOT recommend this agency.
