This place is a joke, I've been with them for less than a month and 3 times maybe 4 they decided to just come whenever they feel, my orders said Mondays and Fridays, not Tuesday and Fridays, not Mondays and Sundays, this is totally unacceptable, this is my health your playing with! If you're understaffed then say that you can't handle another client and don't accept a job you CANNOT do. The lady that answered the phone doesn't care about the client or the company because when I told her I'm switching home health companies she said ok I'll note it then hung up lol isn't that a joke. I'll be switching back to the previous health care company or another because BRIDGEWAY IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. RUN AND RUN FAST AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... RIDICULOUS! WHAT HEALTH CARE COMPANY DOES WHAT THEY WANT AFTER THE DOCTOR HAS GIVEN SPECIFIC ORDERS. THEN IF I HADN'T CALLED THEY WERE NOT GOING TO EVEN TELL ME THAT THEY WEREN'T COMING TODAY INSTEAD WAS JUST GOING TO LET THE DAY GO BY WITHOUT A PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING, WHAT HOME HEALTH COMPANY DOES THAT BESIDES BRIDGEWAY HOME HEALTH????? RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND FIND ONE WHO CARES AND HAS DIGNITY INTEGRITY AND ARE PROFESSIONAL
