We have had horrible experience with this service the nurse who was supposed to show up twice for my uncle stood us up both times! we got no calls to let us know she was not coming, she claimed she knocked on the door and no one answered we have cameras all over our house and we were home ALL DAY waiting she never showed now we had an appointment with his physical therapist nurse that had to get canceled because the medication nurse did not come!

I am so pleased with the home health care that I have received from after my recent knee replacement! I met Crystal, RN and Red from Physical Therapy the day after I was discharged from the hospital who set the bar on the level of care that I would receive. Followed by nurse visit with April. April was concerned about the redness surrounding my incision and called my surgeon after hours to discuss my situation. She then took the time to reach out to Michelle who was assigned as my home health care Physical Therapist and share her concerns regarding my post surgical needs. Michelle has done and outstanding job with my Physical Therapy care. I cannot recommend them enough and I am so blessed to have them provide such high level of care for me during this critical orthopedic post surgical time. They are the bomb!

The management staffs very rude, mean and unprofessional! They are discharging me because they are saying that my wounds take two hours to dress. They dont take that long when i go into the wound care doctors office. I was constantlyTold that supplies were being delivered but never received what was needed. There was only one nurse that I received good care from and management always tried their best to keep her from working with me. Occupational therapy never cane out the entire rime that i with them. When someone is coming into your home you’re going to gain relationships with them or somethingsnWrong. Watch those relationships as well because you have to remember that they’re doing a job and they’re not gonna pick you over their j job. The nurse that I got close to ended up turning on me. It really hurt me. This home he’ll companyTells lies and come out really well they want to. The manager tried to say that I didn’t have anyone to help me on The days that they didn’t come.This is not the truth I have three nurses from my church helping me on the day that they could not assist.. When My Nurse came my bandages and she said that she was letting them know that But I guess that was not true. I’m so disappointed with medicine and care right now. When will I receive good care and noses love what they’re doing I love to see patients get better. I thought that’s what I was getting but whatHey slap in my face.

I had witnesses which are LAW enforcement officers., To back me up on this company refuse me service at 4:00 a.m. in the morning because they online nurse Wouldnt help me until I gave her a proper name my name is Peaches so she said that she was going to and did RELEASE MY CALL for H.R.L.P.!!!. I call the head office and spoke with their manager Karen in the HEAD OFFICE in Athens Georgia June 2018..Which I've never spoke to before said that I made too many overnight calls which total up to be 3 and that I was rude to the over night answering service. So they got Rid of my CASE, will not help to get me to another Homecare service in my area. Now she AMEDISYS is stating that the company is Fill-up and can't help me. But my insurance company as of right now is showing me to still be in there system. I cannot no longer get service from anyone else as up four days later Blue Cross Blue Shield still shows me to be with this company where I asked them why did they get rid of me and Karen said what I displayed in not getting to them early than before 4am. Is why she Decided with everything else that I should have call them the night before instead of waiting until I had problems that something was going to concur I told her that I'm on medication and I'm seeing a psychologist which you are well because you went over my paperwork so when I seen that it was an issue are presented it to you guys when idea but you I'm now making a different statement and she discontinued the call. If you want to have these problems on top of your love ones being sick then sewed yourself
