The nurses at this facility cannot keep employees. Multiple nurses have said to have quit in just a month's time. Last month, my mother was receiving wound care and she is in need of services again and being denied due to not having staff. Unacceptable. Why are you all still open, if there is no staff? Make it make sense. I am beyond frustrated with lying, unhelpful companies.

A rude nurse name Angela O .called Appointment @12noon arrived about 1:30. Rude bad representive for Your company. Made Angela aware Pt has Dementia direct questions to me. She talked with PT she declined all sevices. Nurse lied to co worker stating she declined for nurse to change bandage . She did not have a bandage to change. She never cleaned her hands in our presents. Too busy entering info on her IPad. Angela attitude was cold and disrespectful. Also had a young man a few days later just show up without an appointment. Stated his receptionist gave him the appointment. We never talked to anyone in your office to schedule a therapist visit. Calling all insurance company to not to pay for services. Watch this suncrest staff. Riverdale GA
