My Dr set up a referral for me on a monthly maintenance back in September of 2024. This is my 1st experience with any home health care company. It has gone exceptionally well for the last 10 months from October 2024-present June 2025. The Nurses have all been very nice and well trained and very attentive. After we began the maintenance we added PT. Mark, Brittany, and all the PT staff have been a delight to work with. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Enhabit Home Care of Gainesville Ga.

My doctor's office sent a referral for Enhabit's home health services, I called them to find out their process for my services, I was told that the person assigned would call me and that my services would begin the next day. No one called and no one came the next day. I called 2 days later, the woman told me that she would investigate and call me back; she never called back I called the next day, they acted as though they never heard of me. After much conversation, they told me that someone would call me next week! I don't trust that someone will call next week! I spoke with several ladies in this company, I found that their customer service is too inferior for me! Today, I had to call my insurance provider to cancel my referral to Enhabit because they have promised to send a PT for 2 weeks but have not. Pam and Ciera told Humana that they have no PTs available; but a PT called me yesterday, 7/29/24 yo say that she would come on 7/30/24. I have been waiting 2 weeks for PT; what a dis-service!

My husband came home from the hospital on a Tuesday with Inhabit Home Health. They never called him. I called them on a Friday in order to get my husband seen. They came out on Saturday to get him started. the nurse said we would be getting his supplies with in a few days still not got them. Had appt. for Friday which was scheduled with a nurse that doesn't work on Fridays. Also when you call with questions more than likely you will not get a call back. I will say the nurses that has came out has been very nice, I just think they need to do better, My husband needed his bandage changed way before it got done. Someone needs to make sure the refurls are getting done when you get them and not waiting for days before you get those done.

I can only share about nurses and physical therapist my husband has seen, Lou Anne has been wonderful, she seems to really care, she takes time to explain and to check him out, she even sits on floor to check and bandage wounds on his heels. Great nurse. And Maureen his physical therapist is also great she's strict but she is caring and wants Dave to be able to get around,, I really don't think he would have gotten out of bed, without her. These are two caring woman, Don't hesitate to ask for their help.Enhabit couldn't have two better women working. Lou Anne and Maureen great great great. David and aWilene Ingram
