Would not recommend this company. They could not deliver any promises they gave us. Had problems getting meds. Getting an CNA to come out. Office staff didn't seem to know what was going on.

We were so pleased with the service Encompass Health Hospice provided our family when our grandmother needed care. Our nurses were so attentive and provided tremendous support at end of life for our entire family. Our CNA did an amazing job as well and we felt loved and cared for every step of the way. The office staff will harm your loved ones. Constant schedule change with NO notification, then lie that they notify the patient/family. 3+ years of needless stress when HOSPICE should be anything but. Most of the nurses are amazing. Others will put your loved ones in the hospital due to not caring enough to put gloves on (multiple times resulting in hospital admissions due do sepsis). This company may be less expensive, but you pay the price with your loved one's care.
