Absolutely terrible. Never on time and when patients are done Noone does anything to get them out 3 hour appts are 4 hours if your lucky . Very poorly run.

Not friendly, some of the staff is very prejudice. They treat the patients like children. On your birthday they give you dollar balloons. The social worker, is unprofessional and she threatens the patients. She acts like she owns the place. My health is more important to me than whatever she is saying. The quality of the care is terrible. The nurses don't know how to stick the patients and makes being on dialysis very painful. If you are thinking of going here, do not, you will be better off finding another place to go if you value your quality of life.
